Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Domestic (India)
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (₹150 extra)
International
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-5 business days (varies by region)
All orders are shipped via premium courier services with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team at support@scenthavenco.in within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
