Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Domestic (India)
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (₹150 extra)
International
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-5 business days (varies by region)
All orders are shipped via premium courier services with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at returns@scenthaven.co
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the item securely and drop off at your nearest courier point
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
